Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Shipping and Delivery Policy of Zently aims to ensure complete transparency and security for customers during all logistics stages, from order approval to product arrival at the provided address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, orders enter an internal processing phase, which takes up to 5 business days. During this period, verification, picking, packaging, and tracking code generation are completed.

The tracking code will be automatically sent to your registered email as soon as the order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment. This timeframe may vary due to external factors, such as:

  • Carrier operational delays or restrictions
  • U.S. Customs inspection
  • Peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Strikes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include international and domestic tracking codes. With this code, customers can monitor all movements from the country of origin to the delivery address.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment status to avoid situations such as return due to absence or delivery failure.

Delivery Attempts and Local Pickup

Deliveries are made by USPS or other carriers. In cases such as:

  • Recipient absence
  • Areas with delivery restrictions
  • Hard-to-reach addresses

Carriers may leave a notice for the product to be picked up at the nearest post office or facility. If the package is returned due to delivery failure, a new shipment will need to be requested, and additional costs may apply.

Delivery Address

Customers must carefully review delivery information at the time of purchase.

  • Address cannot be changed after 24 hours from order confirmation
  • Cancellations cannot be processed after this period

In case of return due to incorrect, incomplete address, or missing essential information, responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

If the product returns to the international sender, the delivery timeframe will restart from the confirmation of reshipping.
